About Us

We are the Phipps Family. James and Rachelle, married in 2002 and have seven children, three of whom are grown. For twenty years we lived as a military family, moving wherever duty sent us. No matter where we were stationed, we always raised animals and kept farm life alive. Our children grew up feeding livestock, tending gardens, and learning that meaningful work, responsibility and faith in God shape a strong and grounded life.
Faith and Family have always been our foundation. Working together, building together, and creating something lasting for the next generation shape everything we do. Our faith plays a central role in that. We believe God calls us to stewardship, gratitude, and a life built with purpose, and those values eventually led us toward a dream we had carried for many years.
In 2024 we planted our first lavender plants and began the foundation of what would become 7 Arrows Farm. What started small quickly grew into a full family project. Today our family tends around seven hundred lavender plants on our forty acre property in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Every row is planted, weeded, harvested, and cared for by our hands.
We grow several cultivars and distill all essential oils and hydrosols on the farm using small copper batch distillation. We keep our operation intentionally small so every product reflects the purity and character of the land we steward.
7 Arrows Farm is more than a business. It is the place where our family works side by side and where the lessons from our military years take root in the soil. Faith. Grit. Gratitude. Stewardship. These values guide our farm and everything we create.
When you support 7 Arrows Farm you support a family with deep roots in service, guided by faith in God, and committed to building something meaningful and honest. We hope our lavender and hydrosols bring peace and a touch of the Pacific Northwest into your home.
